1000W Nanosecond Pulsed Fiber Laser Source
For MZ-1000PW 1000W laser cleaning machine,we usually use R-P1000H, the flagship pulsed laser source of Raycus, which breaks through the problems of high power fiber laser source that require multiple modules to combine laser beams, making the laser source size too large and the spot quality decreasing after multiple laser beam combining.
The R-P1000H is a single module design laser source with small size, good beam quality, adjustable pulse width, single pulse energy up to 100MJ, and peak power up to 1000KW(1MW). It is ideal for laser cleaning and polishing applications, and has the ability to resist reflective laser beam.
Laser Cleaning Control Mainboard and Panel
This laser cleaning machine cleaning system contains the mainboard and panel, through the panel set parameters transmitted to the laser mainboard, and then through the mainboard to control the laser source and laser head to adjust the laser cleaning parameters, such as laser power, cleaning width, pulse width, laser frequency, etc.

The rated power of 1000W pulsed laser maybe not too high, but the single pulse energy and peak power are amazing high, which puts a lot of pressure on the laser cleaning head to dissipate heat. In fact, this related to the classification of fiber laser sources, now used for laser cleaning applications are mainly two kinds of laser sources nanosecond pulsed fiber lasers and continuous laser fiber lasers, nanosecond pulsed laser source is the best choice for laser cleaning applications because of the high peak power, pulse width optional, pulsed laser cleaning can real reach Sa3 international cleaning standard. Continuous fiber lasers are also used for cleaning applications, but because of the different laser patterns, the cleaning process will continue to heat substrate underneath, causing damage. Therefore, the largest application area for continuous fiber laser source is laser cutting.
In addition, there is a huge price difference between the cost of the two kinds laser sources,1000W pulsed laser is almost 50 times expensiver than 1000W continuous laser.
