The Latest Continuous Fiber Laser Source
The 2000W laser rust removal machine uses the latest continuous fiber laser source, laser field top brand IPG or Raycus, their biggest feature is the modular fully enclosed design maintenance-free, built-in sensors if the laser shut down can be monitored the error location through the software, no need to disassemble and check.
Special Laser Head for Rust Removal
For higher laser rust removal efficiency and unique rust removal needs, our technical team changed the focusing lens to a scanning galvanometer based on the welding head, and controlled the width and length of the laser beam by a built-in motor. Compared to the complicated laser cleaning head, the rust removal laser head is more economical in price and lighter in weight.
The Storage Cabinet Design at the Top of Machine
The 2000W laser rust removal machine has an 10 meters long fiber cable for working. In order to better storage space this cable coil, we specially designed a cabinet with a lid on the top of the rust removal machine. When you are not using this 2000W laser rust removal machine, you can put the whole laser head and cable into the cabinet and close the lid which can anti-dust and prevent the laser head from accidental damage.
