PSA technology carbon molecular sieve
PSA nitrogen technology uses high quality carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent. When compressed air passes through the adsorber under a certain pressure, oxygen is preferentially adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve because the diffusion rate of oxygen molecules in the micropores of the carbon molecular sieve is much larger than that of nitrogen, while nitrogen is enriched in the gas phase to form finished nitrogen. The dual-tower design enables the PSA nitrogen generator to supply nitrogen continuously and stably without being affected by the regeneration cycle of the adsorbent.
