1000W IPG and Raycus fiber laser source all have multiple anti-reflection ability,it makes the machine can weld and cut highly reflective materials like aluminum,brass ,copper. Comparing YAG LASER and CO2 LASER,fiber laser source has higher electro-optical conversion efficiency.

Exclusive Galvo Laser Welding Head
MOZ LASER developed our own galvo scanning welding head, it has double layers protection lens to anti the laser beam from welding high reflective material. The reflected beam is the killer of the welding head’s focus lens and fiber laser source modules.
And this welding head also has an independent cooling block, even after 24 hours of continuously working, it will not overheat.
4-axis move working table
This working table is driven by servo motors automatically,conbined with MOZLASER automatic welding software and CCD camra,all the welding process is high level of automation.
