The core components of YAG laser are ceramic cavity and crystal bar. MOZLASER laser channel letter welding machine use industrial water chillers China name brand Coolink Pro, which are cooling units that provide water cooling capacity for laser or other industrial applications. It is suitable for YAG,CO2 or fiber laser equipment such as laser-marking laser-cutting laser-welding etc.
The Coolink Pro industrial water tank is equipped with a digital LED controller for easy user setting of water temperature and handling of alarms, the temperature control system is fully automatic, we will set the laser adapted temperature at the factory, no maintenance is required, you only need to replace the pure water in the tank periodically.
HD 8-inch Monitoring Display
Super HD 8-inch monitoring display connect with CCD camera,clear visual experience, better observation of the welding process and welding results, observation through the display can avoid the eyes directly on the laser spot on the eyes, better protection of the operator’s safety.
Anderson an auxiliary red light system is also included to help weld operators identify and locate weld points for better welding work.
Double Laser Path Optional
This laser channel letter welding machine comes standard with a fixed laser path that enables welding through a large-diameter focusing lens, but we also offer a 5-meter fiber laser cable transmission laser path for selection.
This optical path has a movable YAG laser welding gun, which can weld some mobile inaccessible staffs.
